Williams Charters & Tours, LLC operates one of the newest fleets of deluxe motor coaches in Georgia. Each is a 2010 or newer model ranging from 56 to 57 passenger capacity. Our services include charters, tours, shuttles, airport transfers, and casino runs. We plan to add daily scheduled routes throughout Georgia and into Florida in the near future!
Williams Charters & Tours, LLC currently employs highly educated and trained associates, including our owner and co-owner who both have over 30 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Our years of experience has given us the reputation as one of the highest quality carriers in the state.

Frequently Asked Questions About Charter Buses
Q. How far in advance should I book my charter bus rental?
A. Normally 3 to 6 months in advance is recommended. However some dates in April, May, June and many weekend dates will book full 6-9 months in advance, while other times in January and February can be booked up to a week before your trip.
Q. Does WIlliams Charters & Tours, LLC have regular scheduled runs from city to city?
A. No, as of now, Williams is exclusively a charter operation for groups who charter the complete coach to go to the destination of their choice.
Q. Does Williams Charters & Tours, LLC arrange for tickets at attractions and arrange tours?
A. Yes. We can plan every aspect of your trip including hotel.
Q. Can we take food or drinks on the charter buses?
A. Yes, food and drinks on the coach is permitted. We supply trash bags and request that the coach is kept clean for the group's comfort.
Q. Can we bring alcoholic beverages on the charter buses?
A. Yes you can. Canned drinks are O.K. but no kegs or bottles please. Just like food and other drinks, we ask you to keep the motorcoach clean. We charge a $300.00 non-refundable deposit when alcoholic drinks are on board to cover any extra cleaning that may be required.
Q. Can we smoke on the motorcoach?
A. No, Williams Charters & Tours has a no smoking policy while on the coach. If your group wishes to smoke, we will be glad to make rest stops as needed.
Q. Where can the motorcoach come to pick us up?
A. That's the beauty of chartering a motor coach, we come to you, we can pick you up where ever you want and take you directly to your destination.
Q. Does your Charter Buses travel to Canada or Mexico?
A. We do travel to Canada frequently, however we do not travel to Mexico.
Q. Do your motorcoaches have restrooms?
A. Yes, all of our motor coaches are restroom equipped.
Q. What other amenities are on the motorcoach?
A. All of our coaches are equipped with DVDs, AM FM radios, PA systems, reclining seats, individual reading lights, air conditioning, and now WIFI at an additional charge. Feel free to bring your favorite videos to watch while traveling.
Q. Where do you store my suitcase and how much luggage can I take on the motorcoach?
A. All of our motorcoaches have ample space under the coach to carry your luggage. The charter buses also have overhead compartments inside the coach for a carry-on bag.
Q. Is the driver gratuity included in the price of the charter bus?
A. If you wish to give the driver a gratuity, it is at the customer's discretion.
Q. Is the group responsible for the driver's meals and lodging?
A. The driver normally takes care of their own meals, though if you wish to include the driver in group meals that is appreciated. We do normally ask the group to take care of the driver's lodging, as it is beneficial to have the driver at the same hotel as the group and many times the group gets a better rate than an individual at hotels.
